Thigh cramp at night? 29 weeks

I know many women get leg/thigh cramps in pregnancy,
However mine only happens on the left side (thigh) about 5 minutes after I lay on it at night, the pain is still there hours later and it hurts to walk.
This still normal?

This just happened to me at 22 weeks. So glad to know I’m not the only one 😣 I’ve been getting the calf cramps in my sleep most nights but woke up with a thigh cramp on my left side this morning. I think it might be from dehydration?
