New haircut?

I'm in desperate need of a haircut. I've been looking online. I don't know what the style is these says. Help me out. I want it at my shoulders for length. This haircut? Maybe just a little shorter than the picture though. Which one?

Both are cute, but would drive me nuts because I couldn’t keep all my hair up in a ponytail at this length.

Layers are coming back in style (hello 90s), but personally I fine them a pain to style, and are finicky depending on your texture. I’d do more of a blunt “lob”. Can be worn straight or wavy or half up. And you can still get a little small ponytail if you need to.

This is cute, I'd look for a modern shoulder length bob! Those are definitely still trendy I think.
