Pumping
Been pumping 2oz for 5 minutes on massage setting because that is where minimum was. Is that a problem? I just realised my pump has expression on the maximum side. So I increased just to the minimum of the expression because am not sure if I was doing things wrong. Is it ok to pump milk on massage setting?
What does power pumping mean?
