Seep toddler

Hey ladies! So i have a situation I’d like to see if yall can help me with tips. My son is 19 months old. He has his own room and sleeps in his crio but the problem is he is breastfed but only for sleep, nap time and night time. Somedays he sleeps all night long some days he wakes up at 3 am sometimes 5 sometimes 8 it just varies. I let him cry but he now has beed hittingbhis teeth against the top of the railing of the crio out of anger when he wakes up and i dont go get him so i always end up going because i think he’s gonna hurt himself. He does that or starts banging his head on the back of the crib. I go get him in the middle of the night sit in the rocking chair and breastfeed but alo of times i am too sleepy and take him into bed. Which isn’t good ether because he tosses and turnes cause he is not comfortable. I know i need to sop breastfeeding but i have no clue how. Ive tried rocking but he goes crazy also bottle instead also goes crazy. Help!!
