Tips/advice for Two under 2!!

Hey mommas! I'm due to have my 2nd baby boy in February and my first will only be 18 months old. I'm stressing so much about being the mom they both need! We never expected to have two under 2 as my first took 4 years to conceive and ivf. We were basically told I wouldn't get pregnant again without ivf but here we are!

So I'm just looking for any tips or advice on how to survive the newborn stage while also having a baby already. Thanks so much in advance!!
