It's also on her back arms legs and face. I was told by doc it's cradle cap and acne but I don't believe it it keeps getting worse

Definitely looks like eczema

My boy had the exact rash there when he was 3 weeks old, it was the washing powder I used. I switched to a different gentle one instead

It’s looks like a contact rash (from soap, laundry detergent, lotion…)
Or a viral rash. Has babe been sick recently? Have a fever?
