Applying for an apartment?

So I have a month to move out my mom's house for reasons I won't go into so I am applying to apartments online but idk how I am supposed to figure out the annual income based on my payslips because I just got a new job and I get paid bi-weekly. Can anyone help?.

I would just put $26,000. Your most recent check times two (for twice a month) multiplied by 12 ($25,826.40).

You would take your monthly income and multiply by 12. Since you haven’t been there for long, apartments may ask for a letter from Panera confirming your projected income should be similar. So around $26,000. Based on that, you can apply to apartments that cost around $650 or less. This is because most places will require you to make 3x rent. Unless you’re in an extremely cheap area, I’d recommend looking for a roommate.

Basically whatever you get paid every month (2 checks) times that by 12.. most of the time they're asking what you make before taxes so look at the total amount you're supposed to receive before they take taxes that's what annual gross income means
