Need advice!

I had sex with husband yesterday and then I started to get really bad cramping. It was a little rough so I figured that made sense but then I started to bleed. It wasn't just spotting but I'm not supposed to get my period for another week and a half. Now the bleeding is just spotting but I'm not sure if it's all related or not. This morning I felt nauseous and I'm not sure if these are signs of an early pregnancy or just so happens I'm getting sick and an early period !! Help!!
