Just need to vent 😩

So I work at a private club. I have been here for just about a year and a half. I have seniority over most of the staff. I gauged my ears about six months ago. And I dyed my hair red four months ago. My boss won't get off me about my appearance. He says its unprofessional. Says I'm way too pretty to have ugly holes in my head or red hair. Has asked me to take them out and dye my hair back. Mind your my gauges are not too big. And my hair is not gaudy. And I got permission from him to dye my hair. I am extremely professional at work. I am a head server and bartender. My hair and ears do not affect my ability to serve a member. I never signed any paperwork when I was hired about hair color or earrings. I was just told nothing crazy and to change the hoop on my nose to a stud. I'm getting tired of the harassment. What should i do? I really enjoy my job..
