Help!

I'm projectively 10 dpo and 5 days from AF. I had really heavy AF-like cramps and really creamy cm(DH even pointed that out) sorry tmi. The cramps felt more like tight muscle spasms on my right side of pelvic. I tried to pick up my 3 month nephew and the spasm almost brought me to my knees. Then today when I get home from work; I used the bathroom and had lots of snotty-like cm and the last time I wiped there was a streak of blood in my CM. I continued to wipe to see if there was anymore but nothing. Could this be implantation bleeding or signs of AF? I usually never spot that short before AF. I was for sure I was out bc of the cramps I was having yesterday.
