TTC Difficulties?

I have been with my SO for 6 years, we're both 22 and both in good shape healty.. No major problems.. We never used condoms since we were 16 and both have only been with each other.. Now were actually wanting to start a family, but seem to not conceive. Do you think there is something wrong? Or is thier anything that might help us.. Im taking Solarays fertility pills, but nothing yet? Has anyone tried vitex? BTW i have regualr periods every month.

Be sure that you are actually ovulating by taking ovulation tests and each month. They're similar to pregnancy tests and you can get them cheap on amazon. Just bc you are regular doesn't mean you ovulate every month (fertility docs will tell you as much) and it's called anovulation. We tried for three years before finally getting pregnant so I know a lot about this stuff.  And get his sperm checked too to be sure he's got healthy sperm and a lot of it. I have PCOS which will never go away and can only be treated with birth control pills. and had a uterine polyp that hurt my fertility. So you may have to see an OB to rule out any issues you may not know you have. Like i had no idea about the polyp until i had an ultrasound and had no symptoms of it. It was blocking one of my fallopian tubes and i had to have surgery to remove it. Even then it still took another year before we got pregnant. Good luck and get checked out bc you can't always be sure you are healthy just bc you think you are.
