How to check your cervix?
How do I even check my cervix? I tried this morning in a squatting position but I'm not sure if my fibers are long enough...
After some time of shoving my finger up there I felt something sorta hard. Like scar tissue. Is that my cervix??
What are some signs and what should I look for?
