anyone ever reverse cavities??!

Why do you want to reverse them? 
Once there's decay there's no turning back. 
I suggest you get them taken care of now before they progress and you end up requiring more dental work. I often see patients wait on a filling and end up needing a root canal, crown, build up. It's way more expensive and time consuming.

My husband is a dentist. It is possible to reverse them if they're very very early on with some medicated mouthwash, but you need it from the dentist. Again this is only if they haven't eroded beyond the first layer of tooth structure

A dentist to start with. I know they sometimes use fluoride if you have decay that hasn't formed a cavity but I don't think you can use it while pregnant plus you need to use it with a dentist's supervision anyway.
