late period

So hello ladies , My period is currently 9 days late I took 3 pregnancy test they all came out negative , before my period was supposed to come I remember having the smallest amount of blood mix with discharge but it stopped eventually, yesterday I had mild cramps on my left side & now as I'm typing I have mild cramps on my right pelvic , when I get cramps on my left side their on the upper side usually by my belly button. I'm going to the hospital on the 20th but I'm still kind of worried , my breast aren't sore like they usually are , I was sick for half a month  (cold)  runny nose , wet cough , having to spit that nasty phlegm Ugh , I got a little better all I have now is having to cough and spit 😔😷☝️. ( I thought that maybe bieng sick was holding my period back) Again idk why but I have the tendency to self diagnose myself so lol yea freaking out a bit .
