23 weeks

I'm 23 weeks, and for the past 2 months, my clit, has been very very itchy! And I've had some discharge up there where it's yellow, I never bring it up because it comes and goes, but it's been getting bad, I am going to bring it up next appointment, but what could it be? I always though a yeast infection is where it itches in the inside?? Idk.
