Home schooling or private schooling ?

My boyfriend and I were discussing what type of education we would want for our child when we have one. We both went to private schools for most of our youth. I went to a public school for 2 years in high school and it was horrible. Even as a kid I could immediately tell the educational difference. But one thing that was the same was the kids they were all cruel no matter what school I went to and I feel as if bullying has only become worse with the new generations.

I would like for my child to be homeschooled. My boyfriend would like for our child to go to private school.
