I haven’t seen the OB. Is that weird?

I am 22 weeks and I still haven’t seen the OB. I have met with the midwives and I don’t have any problems but is it weird I haven’t seen the doctor yet?

No. I’m pretty sure if you have a midwife, you don’t have to see a doctor at all. But there are different types of midwives I think so it depends on that.

nope I'm 27 weeks and I'm just going to my first ob  apoitment tomorrow

I'm only seeing midwives and I love it..they said I would only see an ob if a problem arrose, or I could request it

I only see midwives unless an issue comes up then they'd refer me to the Dr
