Amazon Prime Fraud??

Is anyone else experiencing their bank account being charged Amazon prime charges that you didn’t actually make? This happened to us on two separate cards, then we changed the old cards and now it happened again on a card I only activated 4 days ago and have used only once! I’m sorry I’m just desperate to figure this out. It’s like finding bugs in your house and killing them when you see them but you can’t seem to find where they’re actually coming from and so they just keep coming in. It’s positively maddening.

We did already do the calls. We didn’t call amazon because we didn’t want them to try and refund us while the bank seems to be doing so; the bank might think we’re seeking money.

What’s weird is that we JUST got this card. It was the replacement one because this situation JUST HAPPENED to us like two weeks ago. I only used the card once, and it was yesterday. So I haven’t used it anywhere they could have used a skimmer, and I never typed it in online. There’s NO way they could have gotten this brand new card except through Wells Fargo itself.

We do have Amazon, but amazon doesn’t have this new card info. We never used it there. And no one has access to our amazon accounts. When this happened the first time back in beginning of April, we verified with amazon: the cards were used on accounts not affiliated with us at all.

What I’m trying to get at here is that it’s unbelievable they could have gotten ahold of this brand new card so fast. I mean it’s only been active 5 days now.

I’ve ordered replacement card, but I’m so discouraged I don’t see the point. I feel like this is just going to happen again. The first time they stole like $45. This time they stole around $170. I don’t know how to make it stop since I can’t figure out where it’s coming from. 😩
