who should pay to replace?
I was having a debate with a family member and I'm curious of what the glow community thinks. if something is bought online and the seller used a delivery company with extremely low reviews and a known reputation of loosing/damaging/lying about deliveries because it's cheap who should pay when an item isn't received. should the seller send a new one with a different company free of charge, should the buyer pay for a new one even if the seller will use the same company again, or should the delivery company pay for the items they've lost/damaged?
