Always late but never pregnant

For the past 3/4 months I’m always being like a week-2weeks late I take a test and I’m never pregnant. Then after a long wait and eating so anxious and building hopes up bang. The red river starts running. This month I’m 5 days late up to now. I’ve had the most horrendous stomach cramps to the point the pain has made me vomit and I’m curled up crying in pain. Once again I’ve took a text and it’s coming out negative. It’s so disheartening😭 has this happened with any of you lovely ladies. And what did you do to cope with it?
