How do I cope with being sexually abused?

I was abused by my entire family. Dad, Mom, and my two older brothers on and off throughout my entire childhood. 
Sexually by all, physicalIy by all except my dad, and emotionally by my mom and brothers. I don’t talk to any of these people anymore and my dad is dead. how do I cope when I’m just depressed and don’t want to go on anymore?

You should see a therapist and a doctor. This isn't just something you cope with or move on from. You need to talk it out and possibly get on some medication for depression. I'm so sorry this happened to you.

It gets better dear !!!! I was in a similar situation where multiple members of my family did the exact thing to me and I ended up having the saving grace of being put into foster care as a child. My foster family were amazing and kind people that opened up their home to kids like me and you and helped us cope through all the disfunction we have gone through. It took 8 years of therapy.. but what really helped me heal was my husband! When I was 16 we started dating and like some people who have been sexually abused as children I was NOT interested in being physical with him in the beginning and he was extremely patient and loving and waited until I was ready. We had many discussions about my past and there were nights he held me as I cried and he told me that everything was going to be alright and he would never hurt me like that  and that he would NEVER forgive my family for what they did to me.. and for the first time in my life I truly believed that what someone said and promised to me was not a lie. I guess I trusted the right man and got lucky truly because we are still happily married. Overtime I have been able to forgive my family for what happened to me growing up (for my peace of mind only) I have limited contact with them so your already doing better then me in that department :) Now me and my husband have two kids and we have found Christ and I have NEVER been happier in my entire life then where I am at today. My advice to you is to find a support group or therapy honestly I know it sounds cliche but you need to tell people your story and be heard and to know that what you went through was bad so you can accept it and move forward with your life. It will never go away but one day youll realize its not the thing that consumes your mind and you wont let them have that control over you anymore. I will pray for you I have walked your shoes and you have a long path ahead of you but the view from where I stand is worth all the struggles and triumphs that involves healing from this terrible violation of our childhoods.
