lube or no lube?

When my husband and I make love, we reach for the lube bottle at least 3 times during a 45 minute session. I'm wondering if anyone else has trouble stating wet and why I cant seem to when we're being so intimate. Also, we dont use condoms...

I'm coming in late here, but, let me give you a tip for those long sessions and needing lube, not wanting to reapply... silicone based. Uberlube. It. Is. Incredible. Even on our longest adventures (over an hour or so of active play) we don't need to reapply. If you choose water-based, skip one with glycerin. They get sticky/tacky pretty quickly.

I have a hard time staying wet, but I’ve also noticed it really depends on what lube we’re using. My favorite one I only have to use once. Have to tried other brands to see if something will last long we for you?

I never had this problem until I had our baby. Now, it is definitely an issue  sometimes. I am curious to see if it goes back to normal when baby us totally weaned.

I ha e the same problem and I done some research on it. Everything I’ve read says it’s genetic. I don’t know how true that is though. I asked my mom about it and she said she has the same problem. So...

My husband and I have been together 8.5 years and I don’t think we have ever used lube.
But I do remember in my late teens and early 20’s having an issue with getting or staying wet. I was on birth control at the time?- I know that can make it worse. I also know low estrogen can make being wet more difficult.
