Ectopic pregnancy

Found out last Friday that I was having a miscarriage and the doctors wanted to check my hcg weekly to make sure it was going down and my doctor called me yesterday saying my levels we’re going back up and I had an ectopic pregnancy and needed emergency surgery. My tube ruptured and I bled into my belly. Its hard to take all of this in but I’m trying to stay strong. This was my second pregnancy and I never thought something like this could happen to me but it did. Trying to stay positive.
