I'm scared guys..

So I'm scared guys so for years I'm been battling with some really bad cramps so bad that vomit. And my friend told me that I could have endometriosis, now if that's the case I'm scared i want be able to have kids but me and my boyfriend notice something this will be a little tmi but we had sex three different times and those times he came inside of me. But each time no sign of pregnancy. Is that something we should we worried about because we want kids but from the looks of it I think that might be really hard to do. So what are you guys thoughts? Should I be worried?
