Delete YouTube

How do I delete YouTube off a phone? And get rid of the ability to access it on the internet?

I let my daughter use my old phone for a half hour - an hour on some days, but I'm strictly against YouTube.

I do have it deleted, but she clicks on ads, which takes her to Google play, and then she clicks on the video which takes her to YouTube, and from there she can watch anything!!

I just want it gone!

I know someone here said they did it to a tablet, so theres got to be a way to get rid of it on this phone too
