Pregnant with a 5Month Old & PPD

So I just found out that I’m pregnant AGAIN. My son is 5 months old and I’m battling Post Partum Depression, Anxiety & OCD and I’m currently on medication for them. (My nails are stained) .. I’m literally confused. I am already a single mother and the father is the same again but I am still a single mother. I’m just so shocked. I made an appointment for the doctor but I just want advice. I’m 21, staying in my dad’s living room but soon to be getting in my own place...I have ALWAYS been against abortion. I don’t know what to do.. my mental health is at stake..
