Advice pls

Long story short. I’ve been in a relationship 2 years. I love him. I have my own apt. He moved in with me. Later down the like I got a new car. Sold my old car to him. He had a job since he had a car. During the month he was working his father’s van broke down.( Reminder his dad registered the car for him under his name (dads name) ok van broke down he saw his dad needed to work. He quit his job and let his dad have the car till tax time. Taxes passed for 2 years. Dad still has the car just keep stalling. My boyfriend has been on and off jobs. Its hard to share a car due to scheduling. I have no help what so ever. Him fixing gigs etc for money but thats not a job. Hes not helping paying anything. Im at ends. Says he loves his dad . I understand. Car in dad name etc even though I sold it to bf but hes now getting frustrated saying his dad is keeping him from working.

Everything crazy. He has kids. 3. His baby mama has been bailed out so many times for help etc. Shes living at his dads house.. with the kids. No I aint got room at the moment for his kids. Idk how to even finish this its all crazy. Its like he keeps helping people but not himself idk?!
