So I live with my boyfriend and in about 3 months (July) I will be going to Mexico with my family. My boyfriend and I are 19&20. I told him I was going to today and he said how long and I said 2 weeks and he freaked out. He’s like we live together and you didn’t bother discussing it with me you just made your own decision. Would you be mad ??

I mean 3 months is plenty of time for you to plan around it and you don’t need to ask for permission but you definitely should’ve discussed it first.

you dont need to discuss going to Mexico with your FAMILY. maybe if you were going with friends or something, i could understand... but not family. and this is plenty of time in advance to make other plans around it. 
do you think maybe he is upset that he wasn’t invited? maybe he’s feeling left out and is lashing out to cover that up?
