Anxiety and panic disorder medication

I have a pretty bad anxiety and panic disorder.

I’ve tried 3 different SSRI’s recently (Cipralex, Trintellix and Lexapro) and all have given me absolutely horrendous side effects.

I’ve also tried CBD, essential oils and therapy and nothing has helped.

I was on Pristiq 4 years ago for about a year, but I don’t really remember how well it worked.

If anyone else suffered with anxiety, what do you take to help?
