TMI BUT I NEED HELP WITH CONSTIPATION!

i am so tired of sitting on the toilet for an hour with my feet up, it only happens on my period and i’ve gone the longest of almost my full cycle - 4 days, without going to the bathroom! that’s terrifying!

i should note that i just got my nexplanon removed in march, but even before those 3 years on it i had a bit of this issue... it has definitely worsened.

i will smoke a blunt occasionally, before heading to the toilet (the tobacco is a natural stimulant) and it helps sometimes but on a daily basis during my period it’s still a constant issue.
