What to buy for his mom

So my boyfriend mom invited me to his house its not first time though its mothers day and i live in my boyfriend country far from my family so im invited with him as ltheyre having family gatherings so im wondering what to buy her?

Like for new year me and my boyfriend got her a bracelet but what to get her now? Like i have been invited to their house more before but i just dont want them to think i go there as guest everytime and i do nothing

Any suggestion? She is around 50-55years old
