Plans for induction

So yesterday the doctor suggested 2 dates for induction. DH and I talked about it and with affected family and decided what we wanted to do.

I sent an email to my OB letting him know of our decision and he tells me we’ll discuss it next week.

I’m very type A and am now worried that if we don’t lock the date now I’ll loose the hypothetical spot. For religious purposes as well the safe baby is born matters which doc understands as he is the same religion.

Note* I’m not being induced out of convience but because I have GD

I guess I just want to be told that it’ll be okay lol but I want realistic thoughts/ opinions too
