I got a positive pregnancy test 10dpiui which was 3 days ago I’m now 13dpiui I got blood work today and my HCG is at 107 my period is due tomorrow and I started getting this weird brownish spotting could it be implantation ?

I had light brown spotting a couple days after getting a VERY faint positive. Only lasted a day. The dr told me it was implantation because it was before my period was due. 
So it's possible.

It is possible. Light spotting is normal in pregnancy. Especially if this was brown it could be old blood from implantation just taking it's time to escape.
