I had a d&c done 4 days ago, as of yesterday I’m passing clots, some are huge. Is there anything I can take to reduce the clots & cramps??

I’ve been taking two Tylenol extra strength when needed but these clots are freaking me out!!

I had cramping and passed clots after my D&C earlier this year. I took Tylenol and rested. I passed everything over the course of an evening (3-4 hours) and then had bleeding for a couple days that turned into spotting. You want it to all come out ... but if it seems excessive, I would call your OB. Anything unusual or abnormal is worth calling on to make sure you are ok.

I'm sorry for your loss.  My doctor said to expect to bleed and pass clots after the d&c.  I ended up only spotting, but I think what you are experiencing is normal.  At least as long as you aren't bleeding heavily through a pad an hour.  Keep an eye on things and if you feel concerned contact your doctor right away.
