Sorry if this post upsets not my intention
I just really need to vent so
4 years ago last wednesday I had an induced miscarriage ( due to so many complications )at 14 weeks and 6 days and had a little boy it was so hard to deal with but with support myself and my husband make it through each day
Fast forward to today been up to graveyard where his ashes are scattered and for some reason today hit me that because my baby was born before 24 weeks he doesn't have a head stone we cant leave a plaque we can leave flowers and cards but after so long the cemetery workers get rid bin them so I'm just wondering if this is a world wide thing or just uk and secondly who decides when a baby dies before 24 weeks gestation that the ashes just get scattered it could just be my experience but it really upset me today
Again I'm sorry if this upsets anyone it really wasnt my intention
