Nobody can tell you yes or no. Some people drink their whole pregnancy and their babies have no problems while some people drink one time and their babies suffer from it. That’s why you should never drink alcohol while pregnant. It’s beyond selfish to take that risk on behalf of your child who has no say in your choice just to have a drink when 4 months from now, you could indulge in that drink without any risk of harming your child.

Some very judgemental women here. One 100 ml drink in 9 months won’t harm the baby. There is science behind it. There is always an amount to trigger something. These tell tales are not science.  Women on glow I believe are so free, looking for such posts ready to attack other women. When the same women themselves will prefer to stay with cheating and abusive men and put their babies through all the stress. I believe that’s worse than a drink once in a while. I personally didn’t drink in my pregnancy and nor will I suggest anybody to have even one drink. But this kinda attack annoys me.

My Dr said 1 glass of wine a day is fine which is 5oz and higher alcohol content than a beer so I wouldn't stress if I were you. It's highly unlikely the one small glass you had is going to have any negative affect.

No it won’t harm your baby everyone on here is so judgemental 😒 the odd light drink won’t do any damage some people are just overly dramatic you can have a small glass of wine now and again and it’s fine so I don’t see how it would harm you it’s only if your drink all the time or heavily that it’s bad

If you only had 1 small beer then there really is no reason to worry. I would probably refrain from drinking until after baby but I dont think it is going to hurt anything. Make sure to let your doctor know just to keep them informed.

I’m pretty sure your baby is fine, you only had one drink.... my friend used to drink wine with every meal and her baby is healthy 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wouldn’t drink again if I were you just to be safe
