small VENT
okay so yesterday i had tHE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE.
my first sergeant basically kicked me out of my own office, fired me from my position (that i worked hard on for MONTHS and stayed late countless times), and made me return my office key after belittling me and being rude to me all morning (threatening to send me to a crap unit and a whole bunch of other shit). while i was walking out of my office in tears he stopped me and asked me what’s wrong and i told him that my platoon sergeant told me to clear out my office and return my keys. he had the nerve to act shocked and was like “i’ll deal with this on tuesday.” (oh on top of all this i had a little speech prepared in my head bUT COULDNT GET IT OUT BECAUSE I WAS UGLY CRYING SO MUCH)

anyways i go home to my husband who consoled me and took me out to my favorite dinner and ice cream and then drove me to my MRI appointment about an hour away. he got upset after because i was freaking exhausted and i didn’t feel like doing “it”. oh and i didn’t show him my boobs without my nipple piercings in (i had to take them out for the MRI) . now on my “day off” i have to sit at work while the contractors are here for 10 hours. so i asked my hub to come and keep me company and we ended up getting into a fight

like what the hell.
i wake up at 0430 to go to work, don’t come home until 1900-2000, cook him dinner, and clean up after him and i NEVER get a thank you. i don’t even expect it because it’s just what i do.
idk in my opinion that stuff is just how you show you care about someone. when they’re having a crappy day you cheer them up .. idk maybe i’m the one in the wrong here.
i’m gonna buy him flowers or something when i get off.
(btw i did say thank you all three times and even when we got home)
