Been asking for this since last year. But unfortunately, my boss kept on declining my transfer for job location. I can feel that he doesnt want to let me go since Ive been his secretary since day 1 that i started (almost 4 years ago).

Since I just have birth with my baby this november 10, I am now again planning to request for a job transfer (the location im aming at is where our house is and where our baby will stay).. Do you think he cant say no to this now?

I badly want to transfer. I dont want to miss the important milestones of my baby while growing up. :(

Another question, do you think it is ok to request for transfer while on maternity leave?

My baby is currently 16 days old. And a lot of sleepless nights.... But still totally worth it ❤️
