Oral Reciprocation?

So I’ve been hooking up with this guy (let’s call him Sam) for about 3 months. The sex is subpar and he always finishes before I want him to but for whatever reason I keep hooking up with him. My biggest pet peeve right now with him and with men in general is that they won’t go down on me and reciprocate oral!! WHY?!? I don’t know. I’m a senior in undergrad and of the time I’ve spent at my university I’ve only had one guy go down on me. While my friends tell me that they ALWAYS get guys that go down on them. Is it me? I don’t smell bad! What gives?!?! Any advice for a girl just look for some oral reciprocation?
