Lexapro

Hi, would like to ask a question to those who are/were on Lexapro. Today it marks a week since I've been put on it, so it's something quite new to me. Before being on it, I used to drink for special occasions, but since I'm on medication right now I don't know if I'm allowed to drink anymore, my doctor didn't mention anything about it so I left him a message but he hasn't responded yet. I'm gonna be on a work-party type of thing tomorrow night and there's gonna be alcoholic drinks involved. So, just a quick one to those who have experience, can I drink anything alcoholic or should I cut alcohol off completely? Thanks in advance.😚
