Children & front seat (12 and under)

Here it is not law that 12 and under cannot ride in front, it is just a recommendation they don't. I'm sure many other states have it as a law they can't, but if it was not law would you let them?

I personally could not let my seven year old ride front. Wondering how others feel about it. Even if I had a shorter drive I don't think I would still let her up front.

While in the kindergarten-1st grade car pickup lane (at her school) I saw many ride up front. We are now in the 2nd-5th grades pickup lane, and easily half of the kids are riding front. Not my business what others do, but I always get nervous seeing it.
