Pillows that come with playmat?!

Ok so you guys know those crescent pillows that come with playmats? Well mine was a hand-me-down so no instructions. I’ve just not been using the pillow but I’d like to if it helps with belly time. At what age did you start using it and how do you use it properly lol.

If you want to use it for tummy time, it should be under their chest. You'll need to keep a close watch because they can easily slide down and end up with their face in the pillow.

I've never used one.
Some kids absolutely hate tummy time and sometimes it helps to lift them up so they can see a bit more. It was never necessary for my daughter 😊

I never really used mine, but I think it is to prop them up early on during tummy time so they can see stuff, like motivation to use their arms and prop themselves up, once they are on their elbows you don't really need it anymore, but again i never used mine
