My husbands best friend likes me

Soooo basically my husband and I kinda have the same friend group. We all hang out together. But one guy is mainly my husbands best friend (we will call him Joe). Well Joe and I are good friends, but nothing weird. He doesn’t flirt (even if my husband isn’t there) and I felt we were more like brother and sister because of the way we argue. Well he got drunk and called me so I picked up, and he told me he liked me and wished we could be together. I was in shock so I told him to go to sleep and hung up. I’m super torn on telling my husband because I don’t know if he was just super drunk or what, but I know it will obviously break the group up and probably crush my husband. However, I would want to know if my best friend did that to my husband... 😭 how should I tell him?
