Acupuncture Success Stories

Good day ladies:

I'll soon be 42 in a few weeks. I had a myomectomy 2.5yrs ago and was recently diagnosed with ovarian cyst (4cm). I haven't been actively trying in the 2.5yrs since the surgery but I haven't got pregnant in that time.

I'm considering acupuncture and am wondering whether anyone has had any success with it? I know everyone's body is different but I've read of some success stories while browsing online.
