Painful cramps before pooping

Is it normal to cramp hard before going to the toilet? It’s happened to me recently this morning and again at night, id be lying in bed but the uncomfortable cramps have me rushing to the bathroom and is followed by loose stools. The cramps are much better after I go to the toilet (I’m not planning of getting pregnant anytime soon but could it be an early sign of pregnancy?? I’m really scared it is because I don’t know where this has come from) don’t know what I should do!!
