Do you guys think this is cheating???

So this guy and I have been talking for 8 months, we aren’t dating yet but we are close anyways at the start of august he wanted a break as he was dealing with a lot of stuff so he called it off I started to fall in love with this guy I really liked him so when he called it off I was heartbroken and shattered I cried for hours in pain I then downloaded tinder I didn’t have any intentions of starting anything with anyone I just wanted to have genuine conversations so I did they meant nothing I never flirted or anything,

I stayed at this guys I have been talking to for 8 months an while I was in the shower he went on my phone and cracked it as he saw that app at this point we had just started talking again.

Anyways fast forward last week I stayed at his when he was asleep I went on his phone as I was anxious he was talking to someone else I found the dating app zoosk he claims it’s been on his phone from the start?
