Amniotic fluid and mucus plug

First amniotic fluid loosened. There’s no fluid left. I’m only 15 weeks today. I go to the hospital and all the doctor has done is blood work, ultrasound, and listen to heartbeat. Heartbeat is still going. I have no fever or any symptoms. Now my mucus plug has loosened as well. Just great I don’t have either or. However still no symptoms. Doctors are just waiting for there be no heartbeat at all to force the delivery. I’m so heart broken. I have hope but at this point where the mucus plug came out as well then I don’t know what to think.
