How should I handle this?

So since these schools have crazy rules for covid. My son basically got kicked out of school for having a runny nose. (He has allergies) even went to the doctor and got a note for the school yet he still must stay home for 10 days even though he obviously doesn't have covid. Not sure how to handle this without losing my shit to the school. The worse part of all this is that it was only his second day back to in person school. I'm frustrated and have no idea what to do. Have any of y'all faced this situation with your kiddos?
