Anyone else baby doing this

My baby is 9 months and recently has been to fidgety at night. Will be asleep and then start like ever hour will just start moving all over the place. From one end to the other of the crib. But won’t cry or anything just gets fidget like this for about 5-10 min. I will give the paci to try get baby to relax. Will relax for a moment then get all moving around and fidgety again till fall asleep. Also with the second naps it’s like a whole fight will he sleepy and then will just get to swarming all over the place eventually will fall asleep but I’m like oh my goodness. With the second nap it can be especially frustrating because she gets fussy and what’s the bottle won’t take it because being fussy. at night it keeps me up so I’m tired she goes bed about 7:30/8 and sleeps till about 7. Anyone else baby all fidgety at night anything I can do. The pediatrician said it’s not a concern but geez how can I stop it it’s a bit much. ( the temp in the room it’s to cold or hot)
