Pull out

Soooo i recently had my IUD removed because it was very painful with it inside of my uterus. (In case someone wonders why I wasn’t using birth control at this moment)

So, a few days ago I had unprotected sex and my partner pulled out. However, when I got home later that night (maybe 30 mins later) when I pulled my panties down to urinate, I saw some of his semen.

Is this normal when guys pull out or does this mean he pulled out last sec?
